Villa Kia

Villa Kia will be completed in the end of May 2023, currently the photos are visual pictures. The luxurious Villa Kia is a new and modern villa with a heated swimming pool. This fully air-conditioned villa is located close to Brzet beach, in the town of Omiš, and offers beautiful sea view. The house's five bedrooms can accommodate a total of ten guests. On the ground floor of this 300-square-meter, two-story villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright dining area for ten people. In the living room you can spend time on the large corner sofa and admire the beautiful sea view through the glass wall. The living room is equipped with a TV, wireless speaker and PlayStation 5. On the first floor, there is also a lounge with exercise equipment, a pool table, TV and a sauna. One of the five bedrooms is located on the ground floor and this room has direct access to the pool area. There is a super king size bed (200x200cm) and en-suite bathroom with a shower in the room. This floor also has a utility room and a guest toilet. The other four bedrooms are located on the first floor, all of which have a super king-size bed (200x200cm), TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. The house is completely air-conditioned. Outdoor area of the villa has a large heated swimming pool with a hydro-massage. The pool area has ten sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a toilet. In addition, there is a lounge area, an outdoor dining area and a traditional BBQ place. The yard is completely fenced and three cars can be parked there. The nearest beach is only a couple of minutes' walk away. There is a restaurant nearby the villa, and more services can be found in the center of Omiš, which is only a five-minute drive away.
