Villa Kralja

This seaside villa with its own private pool is located next to a sandy beach, in the small village of Medić, in the middle of the Omiš Riviera. The villa with a wonderful sea view and an access to the beach, accommodates 2 (+2) persons, and is suitable for a couple or a small group of friends. On the first floor of the two-story, fully air-conditioned villa there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six people, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom and a washing machine. The living room leads to a well-covered terrace area. The bedroom is located on the ground floor and can be reached by both internal and external stairs. The en-suite bedroom has a large double bed, a sofa bed that can be easily spread out and beautiful views of the garden and the sea. When going from the living room to the outdoor terrace, there is an outdoor dining area and an outdoor grill on the covered terrace. Stairs lead from the terrace to the heated swimming pool, where, in addition to the pool, there are sun loungers and a coffee table with six chairs. You can get to the beach from the pool through your own gate. The villa has a private parking space for two cars. There are restaurants within walking distance, the center of the village of Omiš and the river Cetina are about a 10-minute drive away. The beautiful Split and the old town of Split are about 40 minutes away by car.
