Villa Ania

Villa Ania is located in Rethymnon, right next to the sandy beach of Skaleta. There are restaurants, shops and bars along the beach. Since there are many services in the vicinity of the villa and you can reach the attractions and cities with the help of public transport, the guests can do well even without a car. In this villa, you can spend your vacation either by your own pool or by the beach. This six bedroom villa accommodates 12 guests. The entrance to the three-story villa is on the middle floor. On this floor there is a living room with a dining table, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. There is an access to the outdoor terrace and pool area. From this floor you can also find one ensuite double bedroom and a separate bathroom. On the upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtubs. The bedrooms on the upper floor have own balconies with wonderful views of the sea. On the ground floor of the villa there is one ensuite twin bedroom, this floor also has a game room with a pool- and ping-pong table. The villa is fully air conditioned. The patio doors on the middle floor open to the garden and there is a private pool with a beautiful sea view: the pool has its own shallow section for children. In the pool area there are both sun loungers and outdoor sofas. There is a grill and a dining table on the covered terrace. Réthymnon is the third largest city in Crete. Rethymnon has something for everyone; historical attractions, shopping opportunities, atmospheric restaurants and nightclubs. The old town of Rethymnon can be reached from the villa by bus in less than half an hour.
