Villa Heaven

Villa Heaven is a modern and very nicely designed luxury villa. It is located near by the historic village of Klis and only 11 kilometers away from Split. With total of four bedrooms, villa accommodates up to eight guests. The ground floor area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish dining area, a very comfortable living area with a smart TV, PS 4 and 5, glass walls, and a direct approach toward the pool area. There is a gym and SPA area next door offering a fully equipped, professional fitness room. Next to the fitness room is a spa room with a whirlpool for 5 people and amazing views of the town Split. There is also a separate family bathroom with a shower and laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Each room has air conditioning. On the first floor you can find all of the four bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have a king-size bed, air conditioning, TV and a ensuite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms provides also walk-in closet and two of the bedrooms have terrace. All of the bedroom have a beautiful views. The outdoor area offers a private and heated pool with hydro-massage, a lounge area in front of the living area, 10 deck chairs at the sun deck area, a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people with a traditional barbecue, and a playground with basketball and football nets. There is also a separate toilet and an outdoor shower. The neighborhood is unspoiled and private with amazing views of the town Split, Adriatic Sea, and hills covered with pine trees. A lot of beautiful local attractions are nearby and a car is recommended.
