Villa Casalina is a wonderful property consisting of 3 farmhouses and located in the Umbrian countryside, precisely in the municipality of Marsciano, just half an hour drive from Perugia. With total of 7 bedrooms, villa accommodates up to 20 guests.
The entire property consists of a main villa and 2 annex, all tastely furnished. Villa has a 7 bedrooms, 3 double sofa beds and 12 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find an event room (capable of hosting 80-100 people) with bar and 3 toilets, wine bar and professional kitchen. Following there is a private spa, equipped with jacuzzi, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, emotional shower, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, herbal tea room, relaxation area and service bathroom. The first floor consists of a bathroom for disabled people, a suite with 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two other independent suites, respectively composed of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed.
The first annex is set on one single floor, consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower. The second annex is also spread over one single floor and it is a delightful "romantic house". In the second annex there is a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, anteroom and 1 double bedroom with bathroom and a jacuzzi. In all rooms there is free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Most of the windows are equipped with mosquito screens. The bathrooms and bedrooms which are located on the ground floor are accessible to people with disabilities.
The property is surrounded by a large private fenced garden with a green lawn, equipped with an outdoor dining area that can accommodates up to 40 people. The outdoor spaces are enhanced by the presence of a beautiful private infinity pool equipped with sunbeds. Villa Casalina is located in the countryside of the municipality of Marsciano, and it boasts a strategic position to visit all the towns and villages of the green Umbrian valley.
