Villa Lina is a lovely Andalucian style villa located in a peaceful setting but only a few minutes drive from the beach and the city center of Marbella. Although the neighbors live nearby the place is still an own private paradise. Depending on which season you are visiting, you will be you will be able to enjoy fruits and almonds directly from the garden.
This one floor and four bedroom villa has been recently renovated and it is stylishly decorated. There are a well equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. The bedrooms are spacious and there are also two bathrooms. There is a lovely patio just outside the kitchen where you can enjoy a drink under the stars just next to the water fountain and a fire stove. Outside in the garden area there is an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, dining area and lounge. The garden area is expansive so there is a plenty of space for the children to run and play games. The pool area is surrounded by wooden sunbeds and the pool has the newest technology installed, making it almost completely free of any chemical materials to ensure the best possible water quality.
The location of the villa is ideal since one of the most beautiful beaches of Marbella is within a walking distance. Swim in the crystal clear waters, take long walks along the seafront or perhaps dine on the beach. Marbella's city center is located nearby and if you want to explore the white villages of Mijas, it takes only 20 minutes to drive there. A little further there is Ronda where you can enjoy outdoor hiking activities, visit the vineyards and explore the beautiful city.
