Ground floor of the villa has fully eguipped kitchen, living room and dining area, which are also connected to the oudoor dining area. There are two bedrooms with single beds, other one with ensuite bathroom, and one separate family bathroom. Third bedroom in this floor has separate entrance and it has double bed and ensuite bathroom. The second floor has also dining and living area with kitchen. There is balcony in this floor with beautiful views to the sea. Second floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has also access to the balcony.
The outdoor area has swimming pool with sun beds, jacuzzi, table tennis, football table, home gym, covered lounge area, summer kitchen with traditional bbq and covered dining area. The pool area is fenced and it has a door for children's safety. There is also garage and parking space at the property. From a walking distance (max 2 kilometres) in Kaštel Gomilica, guests can find many restaurants, supermarkets, the marina and beach. There are many attractions that guests can easily access along with everything towns Split and Trogir has to offer. Game of Thrones filming spots, beautiful mountain lookouts, boat trips to the islands, everything within less than half an hour drive away. Day trip to Krka waterfalls is also easy to do from the villa, since the national park is only one hour drive away.
