Villa Agatha

Villa Agatha is a spacious villa equipped with all modern amenities guests might need for a relaxing holiday, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private heated pool with massage, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, gym, ping pong table and darts. With 4 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The ground floor offers a bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that is connected to an outdoor area with a glass wall, a living room with TV, and exit to a pool and outdoor dining area. The first bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor. There is also a separate toilet with laundry and all needed amenities. An internal staircase takes you to the first floor that offers a sauna room with fitness equipment (Orbitrek and Exercise bike), as well as three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool with massage, a jacuzzi, 8 deck chairs, and 3 sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue. Next to the dining area is an artificial grass plot with toys and playing area for your youngest. In front of the house there is secured parking space for 3 cars, and a fun-zone space with table tennis and darts. The villa is situated in the village of Gata, about 7 kilometers from the historic town of Omiš and its sandy and pebble beach. The local area is very quiet, with the nearest minimarket within walking distance. The closest supermarket is found in Omiš.
